Review: Cle de Peau Beaute Luminizing Face Enhancer in 14 Delicate Pink

I love love love Cle de Peau Beaute. I own tons of their products - cleansing cream, cleansing foam, toner, emulsion, serum, cotton pads, makeup primer, liquid foundation, powder foundation, concealer, lipstick, etc. I definitely can say Cle de Peau Beaute makes my face.

Luminizing Face Enhancer is a powder highlighter and it's one of my favorite CPB items. It's named "Réhausseur D’éclat" here in Japan.

The packaging is so elegant. The prismatic mirrored compact catches the light and looks in different colors, like gold, rose gold, or champange gold. The refill and the mini brush are sold separately, and in case you don't know, CPB's brushes are of pretty good quality. At the counters they have some full-sized brushes which are not for sale, just for testing products there. They should sell those amazing brushes.

14 Delicate Pink has 3 colors of cool-toned white, ivory, and pink. No glitters, just shimmers. These 3 color powders are pressed in a crystal-like pattern, so pretty! I think this works well with all skin tones but better with light/cool complexions.

The cool-toned shimmers are very finely milled and give a beautiful sheer glow with one layer. I don't like wearing too much shimmers on the cheek so I like how it gives the skin a natural glow. I apply this highlighter after blush on the cheekbones so the pink shade isn't really noticeable. It's also nice to use on the “C” zone around the outer eyes for a luminous look.

The texture is soft and smooth, making it easy to blend.

There are 4 shades available - white, gold, beige and pink. I'd like to try the white one, 11 Pastel, but my compact seems like it lasts forever.
